NHS Operations LOTO Boards.
We recently completed a project with the NHS UK.
The brief was to produce Lockout Tagout Operations boards for maintenance across their regional sites.
The requirement was that the equipment was branded NHS, clearly laid out for ease of use, sturdy in construction and delivered around an exceptionally tight timeframe.
These bespoke boards integrate client LOTO processes and offer a simple, practical solution for operating safety on site.
- A colour coded safety padlock system was created with Control locks, Personal locks and Authorised Person locks each assigned a preferred colour for ease of identification
- Key storage cabinets and miniature key safes included for storage of keys
- Perspex holders accommodate all necessary banner tags and permit books
- Cliplock frames are used to store required First Aiders information
- 5 metre yellow and black magnetic cordons are supplied with corporate identity
- Lin bins included to store all relevant electrical lockout devices
